The food was amazing. They had all different kinds of meat and the pineapple was fantastic. They had a little salad bar where you start out, then you flip over this little card they give you when you are ready for meat. The waitress was very attentive and she came around often. Everything was great. It is pretty pricey, but it is well worth it.

Buffet was standard for Brazilian Steakhouses, but the meat parade tasted top notch (if not a little slower than most Brazilian places). Most raved about the spiced pineapple slices and it was pretty good. While I did feel under dressed in slacks and a hoodie; a few others dressed similar. I would dress up if I go back. We went right at the time they open and the meat parade didn't start for at least 30 minutes. I would also make reservations and go at least 30 minutes after they open.

Excellent experience, help your self at 2 food bars, then they begin the parade of wood grilled meats of every kind! Steak all different ways, pork, lamb...leisurely pace and an average of $50-$60 per person. Deliciously prepared! I would recommend reservations to give them a heads up on meat prep!

Great experience at Costa Brazilian Steakhouse. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. All of the gauchos we're also smiling and polite as well. The different meats (including picanha - my favorite) came by with surprising regularity. It wasn't terribly busy so it may be different at peak times. The salad bar was also stocked with sliced meats and cheeses along with rice and beans and a few others. The desserts were well prepared and made a great experience even better. The addition of Costela brings another slightly more upscale restaurant to Bay City that is sorely needed both for special occasions and for business dinners.
